One-on-one sessions offer a gentle, personalized space to explore breath, grounding, mindful movement, and somatic awareness with the full presence of a trauma-informed teacher.

1:1 sessions may support you in:

  • Practicing boundaries and self-attunement

  • Moving through stress or overwhelm with compassion

  • Growing capacity for presence, rest, and regulation
